Bio
Julie Hoy began to compose music at the young age of seven. She later studied music at the Phil Mattson School of Music. She has decades of experience as a recording artist producer and performer. In the spirit of service, Julie co-founded Friends of Pimpollo, a non-profit organization that assists in educating adults and children in Southern Mexico.
Her Mass of Simplicity was published by OCP to provide children with a simple and easy way to celebrate the liturgy. Go Tell It On the Mountain offers a refreshing folk-pop collection of Christmas classics. Her debut book, Could I Paint the Sky, inspires children through a touching story of service, surrender and faith.
Julie lives in Oregon with her husband and two children.
